These general terms of use refer to the use of the website URL http://lineagen.store/ (hereinafter: "Lineagen") and are written in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

The Terms govern the operation of Lineagen and the Store, and the legal relationship between Lineagen registered users (hereinafter: “Users”) and buyers of products, goods or services (hereinafter: “Customers”). By using the Lineagen store, you confirm that you agree to the terms of use.

The Lineagen store is a website dedicated to selling digital video games.

After entering the above data, the user receives an e-mail with a confirmation of the order and an email to confirm registration. The user needs to confirm by clicking on the appropriate field in the email and then create a password. Lineagen Store is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user / customer. If there is a change in the data, the user is obliged to update his user account or to inform us about the changes via email address: raznatovictrade@gmail.com.

As a registered user, after entering his username and password, the customer has an insight into current and previous purchases within his user account. The registered user has the option to go to the payment selection page without re-entering their personal data. Shopping in the Lineagen store is possible without registration and creating a user account.

 

  1. Ordering and delivery

Purchases through the Lineagen store are possible for registered and unregistered users. Products are ordered electronically. By pressing the Buy button, the selected product is added to the consumer basket. After concluding the order, an email will be sent to the email left by the Buyer as a contact, that the order has been received by Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade. If the Buyer does not receive such a confirmation, it is necessary to check the correctness of the e-mail address he left as a contact or to report the problem to the email address raznatovictrade@gmail.com

Željko Ražnatović PR Ražnatović Trade reserves the right to check the data provided by the User when creating the order in order to validate them and to contact the Buyer by e-mail or telephone in case there is a certain contradiction or ambiguity in the registered data of the Buyer or by way of correcting them and the most efficient realization of the delivery of ordered products.

The seller also reserves the right to, if not able to deliver all ordered products, deliver available from selected products. The Buyer will be notified by email (or phone) indicating the delivery of the remaining products by the Seller. Željko Ražnatović PR Ražnatović Trade reserves the right to cancel the order due to technical and other reasons, of which the Buyer will be notified by email specified during registration or by phone.

Upon receipt of the order and validation of data on the Buyer or the order, the Seller proceeds to process the order. The buyer pays the price to Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade, and together with the product, an invoice, a notice and a withdrawal form are delivered to him. It is considered that the distance selling contract is concluded between Željko Ražnatović PR Ražnatović Trade (bidder) and the Buyer signed at the moment when Željko Ražnatović PR Ražnatović Trade confirms the order and the Buyer receives the first e-mail about the status of his order.

The buyer is the person whose data is stated in the order. Customer information cannot be changed after sending the order.

The prices of all products displayed on the Lineagen store are determined in advance and are stated together with the corresponding VAT. Prices are valid for all customers only and exclusively for the duration of the offer, only on this website and only under these General Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the price. Prices are rounded to two decimal places.

All payment card data is encrypted and exchanged directly between the Customer and the Bank's server of payment card processors, and their security or confidentiality of data is guaranteed and provided by the Bank.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern technology. Data security at the time of purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. The processor for the purchase with Payment Cards is the Bank, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website.

At no time are payment card data available to the Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade system, so Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade will not be responsible for their misuse. Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade completely disclaims any responsibility for damage that may occur to the User and / or third parties due to unauthorized or unauthorized use of the payment card or any misuse of the same (stolen payment card, use of payment card without the knowledge of its owner, etc. ). Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. The seller is obliged to issue a written confirmation to the consumer or to confirm the receipt of the complaint electronically, ie to announce the number under which his complaint is registered in the records of received complaints.

The seller is obliged to respond to the buyer in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than within eight days from the day of receipt of the complaint. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 45 days.

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the Buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will request Zeljko Raznatovic PR Raznatovic Trade make a refund to the cardholder's account.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER WHEN SHOPPING DISTANCE

When the Buyer orders several types of goods to be delivered separately with one purchase order, the period of 14 days begins to run when the last type of ordered goods reaches the Buyer's country, ie a third party designated by the Buyer, which is not the carrier. When the delivery of goods consists of several shipments and parts, the period of 14 days begins to run when the last shipment or part, arrived in the country of the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not a carrier.

The buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, a statement given on a special form for withdrawal from a distance contract. When withdrawing, the buyer may, but need not, state the reasons for withdrawing. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises within 14 days, without stating the reasons and additional costs, except for the costs referred to in Art. 34 and 35 of this Law (hereinafter: withdrawal from the contract).

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form. Direct costs in case of cancellation are borne by the buyer. After the expiration of the period of 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned.

The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract in case of:

1) deliveries of goods produced according to special requirements of consumers or clearly personalized;

2) deliveries of goods or provision of services whose price depends on changes in the financial market which the trader cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

3) deliveries of goods that are subject to deterioration of quality or have a short shelf life;

4) deliveries of sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygienic reasons and which are unsealed after delivery;

5) delivery of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature are inseparably mixed with other goods; Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is a way of resolving disputes between consumers and traders, through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws governing mediation and arbitration. The trader accepts out-of-court settlement of possible consumer disputes in advance.

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for defects or damage to the product that are the result of inadequate handling of the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value that arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.

In case of legal withdrawal from the contract, the Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer without delay the amount paid by the Buyer under the contract, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he received the withdrawal form.
